Review of case of law of the International Criminal Court [1]

This is a review of cases of the International Criminal Court. The first part contains introductory information about the ICC, its organization and cognition. The ICC’s case law from 2018 was reviewed, including the following cases: The Prosecutor v. Germain Katanga, Decision on the Matter of the Transgenerational Harm Alleged by Some Applicants for Reparations Remanded by the Appeals Chamber in its Judgment of 8 March 2018 (ICC-01/04-01/07) of 19 July 2018 and Request under regulation 46(3) of the Regulations of the Court, Decision on the “Prosecution’s Request for a Ruling on Jurisdiction under Article 19(3) of the Statute (ICC-RoC46(3)-01/18) of  6 September 2018 r.
